PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender. The warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number. Customers pay for return shipment charges. Returned products are subject to inspection by Anti-Aging Store staff. All parts, pieces, promotional material and originally packaging must be returned. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once you return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any shipment. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you use a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
